Trading Platform
SMC Global offers trading platforms across the Web, Mobile App & Terminal Software. You can also access the demo trading account to familiarize yourself before you get into actual trades on live platforms. This demo account is free to learn & practice trading with virtual money worth 5 lakh INR.
SMC also provides Call-N-Trade services to its customer so that customer can place an order if he/she does not have access to the internet.
SMC Easy Trade (Browser)
SMC Easy Trade is a Browser-based web trading platform. This platform is developed on the latest HTML5 technology. For a person with a slow internet connection, SMC’s low bandwidth website works best for a seamless trading experience.
SMC Easy Trade
You can directly access this from your Computer, Mobile Phones & tablet Browser without installing any software. SMC EasyGo (Mobile)
SMC EasyGo is an upgraded version of SMC Mobitrade/SMC Tabtrade. It’s easy to navigate & they also provided few features preferred by traders.

SMC Privilege is a trading software by SMC Global Broker. You can download the software on your laptop & desktop. It works the same as that of a broker’s terminal.

Fee

Brokerage
If you are a high volume trader you can negotiate brokerage charges. SMC charges a brokerage of 0.3% on Intraday and 0.03% on delivery orders.

SMC is a full-service broker and charges a high commission for its research and support but is relatively competitive when compared to other brokerage firms like ICICI Securities that charges 0.55% commission.

SMC Global has an average account-related charge. You need to pay charges as below for your SMC demat & trading account.

Account Opening
SMC demat & trading account opening process is fully digital, user-friendly. If you have opted for Aadhar E-sign you can open a fully paperless online account. Online demat & trading account opening application takes roughly 15-20 minutes.
In the case of offline account opening, you have to wait 1-3 days for account approval; however, ours was get activated within a day.

Education
SMC Global Broker offers only a demo account as an educational tool. We didn’t find any learning material, articles, instructional videos or other content.
In the SMC website their section of Knowledge center under the Research tab, but there are only 10-15 general articles related to investment.
Product & Features
SMC AUTO TRENDER
It is a research tool to guide traders/investors in the live market for the right trading decision making. It generates automated buy and sells signals based on nine (9) technical indicators & quantitative data. You can easily access this from mobile or desktop.
Customer Support
SMC Broker has a dedicated customer support team but sometimes the customer support executives lack the skillset required to resolve the problem. On the other hand, email support is slow and the answers we got were irrelevant.
However, it does operate on weekdays from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. You can reach them on several channels, as:
